When editing a customized Template in Forms - Core View & DFMEA, a new column header can be created by simply clicking on the menu button of any existing column. Within the menu options, "Insert New" will be available.
By clicking on the "Insert New" option, a new column with the default name "New Column" will be created and displayed.
To change its name, position, or other configurations, access the New Column menu, navigate to settings, and update them according to your preference.
