Reusable Records are entire rows that you can pre-configure for users to import into project forms.
It is often beneficial to create Reusable Records for frequently used rows. Specify both Reusable Content and/or custom entries into your Reusable Records.
When a Reusable Record is imported into a project form the entire row is considered reusable content. This means if any cell of data is changed, it will trigger alerts and approvals for all other instances that may be utilizing it.
Organize your Reusable records within the Foundation Library or a Product Family Library to suit your needs.
