• Edited rows highlight in the user’s color.

• Avatars and bubble counts show number of changes.

• Labels such as New, Duplicate, or Deletion indicate row status.

• Claimed rows are locked to prevent conflicts.

• Updated cells appear in a darker shade.

• Reusable records display a diagonal background and a three-book icon in non-compact mode.
