Form's Multi-Edit Mode enables collaboration among multiple users on the same Form simultaneously, encouraging efficient teamwork and coordination during collaborative Form editing.
Every user can edit cells within the Form. When a cell is edited, the entire row containing that cell becomes locked for the editing user until the Form is locked for review.
Contributors can save and commit all changes made by all contributors, allow simultaneous editing by others, lock the Form for review, edit or undo other contributors' changes, and rearrange Form rows.
The host is responsible for tasks such as locking the Form for review, reviewing and verifying all contributors' changes, editing or undoing others' changes, and rearranging Form rows. If the host finds another active user to be better suited to perform that role, it is possible to transfer the responsibility to another contributor.
